Shipping costs within Germany are automatically calculated at checkout.
EU Shipping
We deliver to all EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Non-EU Shipping
We ship worldwide, excluding critical war zones and embargoed countries. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, international shipments outside the EU are made in accordance with the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that we arrange and pay for transportation to the recipient's delivery address. The customer/recipient is the importer of the goods and bears all import duties, customs duties, import taxes, import VAT and any other customs and clearance fees incurred in the destination country. Shipping costs for deliveries to all EU and non-EU countries are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Delivery Periods
Our products are ready for immediate dispatch and – provided there are no complications – shipping takes place immediately after receipt of payment.
Delivery time: 5–10 days
Important note: Due to the current situation, longer delivery times may occur in some cases. In the event of a delivery delay or supply bottlenecks, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
Additional Information
Delivery Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please note that despite careful maintenance of our systems, errors in the calculation of shipping costs may occur in exceptional cases. The seller therefore reserves the right to subsequently adjust the shipping costs to the actual costs incurred, provided these deviate significantly from the amounts originally stated. Such an adjustment will only take place after prior notification of the buyer and with their consent. If the buyer does not agree to the adjustment, both parties have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
